The shift

Where and When You Work

Lagos Oil Refinery, Apapa, Lagos. Shifts run 7 AM–4 PM (9h) on Mon–Tue, Thu–Sat (5/wk) — 2 days off a week.

The schedule is a ceiling. Work only 3 days and you take 3 paid shifts: ₦42,000 a week at level 1, ₦264,000 at level 5. Nothing is deducted for the days you skip.

Finish the shift. Leaving early cuts the pay and lateness drops the performance bar that gates your next grade. Exact shift rules →

Moving up. Each branch climbs on its own skill — see the gates in the branch table above. Inside a level, fill performance to 100% and work the required shifts to move up a grade. From level 3 up a promotion also needs Lagos Rep and days in the job, and level 5 ends with a board interview.

Training Hustle. The fastest activity is Buy & Resell Goods at Home (120 minutes, ₦800). Your shifts train it too, but slowly. All training options →

Training Fitness. The fastest activity is Session with a Coach at Ikoyi Gym (60 minutes, ₦1,000). Your shifts train it too, but slowly. All training options →
