How to log in to Lagos Life

1. Open lagoslife.app in your browser. The city screen has a Log in button.
2. Select Log in, then enter the username or email connected to your game account.
3. Enter your game password. The Show password control can help you check for typing errors; use it only when nobody else can see your screen.
4. Press Log in on the official form. For an existing character, use the same account rather than creating another one.

Lagos Life Tools has no game login form and cannot access your character. You do not need an account to use our calculators. The button above opens the official homepage; select Log in there.

Forgot your password?

On the official login screen, choose Forgot password?. The current recovery screen offers With my email and With my username. Follow the option that matches the details you used for your account.

The email route says it will send a link to choose a new password. Check the inbox and spam folder for the address attached to your game account. If you cannot open that inbox, the same screen offers Can't open your email? Answer questions instead. Follow those questions inside the game; this guide cannot answer them for you or guarantee recovery.

Never share a reset link, password, recovery answers or ticket code in public. Do not enter them into a fan guide, a social-media reply or a site promising free in-game money.

Still locked out? Use “Can't get in?”

The official login screen has a separate Can't get in? button. It opens Ask the team and Check a ticket. The game says no login or X account is needed for this support route.

Use the official form to explain the account problem and follow its instructions. The screen says you will receive a ticket code that you can check there. Keep that code private. The team's notice says it never asks for your password or money. We have checked the public screen, but have not submitted a support request or tested recovery on an account.

Login page not loading on your phone?

First check that the address is lagoslife.app. Open it in a full browser instead of an embedded social-media browser, check your connection and reload once. If a saved home-screen shortcut behaves differently, try the official address directly. These are browser checks, not confirmation that the game is down.

Avoid clearing all browser data as your first step, since that can sign you out of other sites. If the page still fails, note the browser, device and exact error for the official team. We cannot see server status or account restrictions from this guide.
