The shift
Where and When You Work
Marina Towers, Victoria Island, Lagos. Shifts run 8 AM–5 PM (9h) on Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri (5/wk) — 2 days off a week.
The schedule is a ceiling. Work only 3 days and you take 3 paid shifts: ₦34,800 a week at level 1, ₦216,000 at level 5. Nothing is deducted for the days you skip.

Moving up. The skill gates are Charisma 1 for Relationship Officer, Charisma 3 for Branch Manager, Charisma 5 for Executive Director, Charisma 7 for MD/CEO. Inside a level, fill performance to 100% and work the required shifts to move up a grade. From level 3 up a promotion also needs Lagos Rep and days in the job, and level 5 ends with a board interview.
