Where and When You Work
CcHub, Yaba, Lagos. Shifts run 9 AM–5 PM (8h) on Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri (5/wk) — 2 days off a week.
The schedule is a ceiling. Work only 3 days and you take 3 paid shifts: ₦60,000 a week at level 1, ₦276,000 at level 5. Nothing is deducted for the days you skip.

Moving up. The skill gates are Coding 3 for Associate PM, Charisma 4 + Coding 3 for Product Manager, Charisma 5 + Coding 3 for Senior PM, Charisma 7 + Coding 3 for Head of Product, Charisma 9 + Coding 3 for Chief Product Officer. Inside a level, fill performance to 100% and work the required shifts to move up a grade. From level 3 up a promotion also needs Lagos Rep and days in the job, and level 5 ends with a board interview.
