Where and When You Work
Freedom Park, Lagos Island, Lagos. Shifts run 10 AM–6 PM (8h) on Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat (4/wk) — 3 days off a week.
The schedule is a ceiling. Work only 3 days and you take 3 paid shifts: ₦22,200 a week at level 1, ₦225,000 at level 5. Nothing is deducted for the days you skip.

From level 3 up a promotion also needs Lagos Rep and days in the job, and level 5 ends with a board interview.
