The shift
Where and When You Work
The Palms, Lekki, Lagos. Shifts run 9 AM–6 PM (9h) on Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat (6/wk) — 1 day off a week.
The schedule is a ceiling. Work only 3 days and you take 3 paid shifts: ₦22,200 a week at level 1, ₦180,000 at level 5. Nothing is deducted for the days you skip.
Finish the shift. Leaving early cuts the pay and lateness drops the performance bar that gates your next grade. Exact shift rules →
