The shift
Where and When You Work
CcHub, Yaba, Lagos. Shifts run 9 AM–5 PM (8h) on Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri (5/wk) — 2 days off a week.
The schedule is a ceiling. Work only 3 days and you take 3 paid shifts: ₦29,700 a week at level 1, ₦229,500 at level 5. Nothing is deducted for the days you skip.

Getting in, moving up
How to Get the Job and Get Promoted
Getting in. Intern needs no skill — you can apply on day one. Apply from the jobs list on your in-game phone. How to get a job, step by step →
Moving up. The skill gates are Coding 1 for Junior Dev, Coding 3 for Senior Dev, Coding 5 for Tech Lead, Coding 7 for CTO. Inside a level, fill performance to 100% and work the required shifts to move up a grade. From level 3 up a promotion also needs Lagos Rep and days in the job, and level 5 ends with a board interview.
