The shift
Where and When You Work
Eko Hotels & Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos. Shifts run 5 AM–1 PM (8h) on Mon, Wed, Thu, Sat, Sun (5/wk) — 2 days off a week.
The schedule is a ceiling. Work only 3 days and you take 3 paid shifts: ₦57,000 a week at level 1, ₦285,000 at level 5. Nothing is deducted for the days you skip.

Moving up. The skill gates are Fitness 3 for Cabin Crew, Fitness 4 for Senior Purser, Fitness 5 for First Officer, Fitness 7 for Captain, Fitness 9 for Chief Pilot. Inside a level, fill performance to 100% and work the required shifts to move up a grade. From level 3 up a promotion also needs Lagos Rep and days in the job, and level 5 ends with a board interview.
