Where and When You Work
General Hospital, Ikeja, Lagos. Shifts run 8 AM–6 PM (10h) on Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat (5/wk) — 2 days off a week.
The schedule is a ceiling. Work only 3 days and you take 3 paid shifts: ₦63,000 a week at level 1, ₦270,000 at level 5. Nothing is deducted for the days you skip.

Moving up. The skill gates are Fitness 3 for House Officer, Fitness 4 for Resident Doctor, Fitness 5 for Registrar, Fitness 7 for Consultant, Fitness 9 for Chief Medical Director. Inside a level, fill performance to 100% and work the required shifts to move up a grade. From level 3 up a promotion also needs Lagos Rep and days in the job, and level 5 ends with a board interview.
