The shift
Where and When You Work
Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos. Shifts run 6 AM–2 PM (8h) on Sun–Tue, Thu–Fri (5/wk) — 2 days off a week.
The schedule is a ceiling. Work only 3 days and you take 3 paid shifts: ₦36,000 a week at level 1, ₦162,000 at level 5. Nothing is deducted for the days you skip.

Moving up. The skill gates are Fitness 2 for Security Officer, Fitness 4 for Ramp Supervisor, Fitness 6 for Terminal Duty Manager, Fitness 8 for Airport Manager. Inside a level, fill performance to 100% and work the required shifts to move up a grade. From level 3 up a promotion also needs Lagos Rep and days in the job, and level 5 ends with a board interview.
